About Us
Jinder was formed in 2002 by experienced professionals (MD Mike Jinder; Domestic Director Steve Hassle) who saw a gap in the market for an organisation equally dedicated to its customers and staff alike. Our differentiation is simple and two fold: pay close attention to every detail plus staff empowerment.
Since 2002, the company has amassed an enviable number of customers but still retains the hands on approach adopted at the beginning – a medium sized company with a small company feel. Our directors remain passionate about their roles and this attitude is filtered down through out the organisation.
We continue to innovate, motivate and inspire to consistently provide levels of service that exceed the expectations of our clients.

FAQ
What areas do you cover? Clean Eazee covers most areas within the M25.
Are you insured? Yes. We have full public and employer’s liability cover provided by Lloyds of London. The amount of cover provided by this policy is £10,000,000
Are your cleaners insured? Yes. Our cleaners are also covered by the public and employers liability insurance provided by Lloyds of London.
What kind of services do you provide? We provide various cleaning services to residential and business clients: Regular Domestic Cleaning One-Off Domestic Cleaning End of Tenancy Cleaning After Builders Cleaning Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Curtain Cleaning, Mattress and Rug Cleaning Commercial maintenance Cleaning Office CleaningComputer and Hardware Cleaning Party and after party help
Will I have the same cleaner every week? We will always endeavor to send the same cleaner to you each week. If you regular cleaner is unable to make the appointment, you will be informed with plenty of notice and a supervisor will cover the session they are absent from.
Is there a minimum number of hours required per visit? Yes. We require 2 hours minimum per cleaning visit for properties with 1-2 bedrooms and 3 hours minimum for properties with 3 or more bedrooms..
Can I have a cleaner for an hour per visit? No. We try to keep our cleaners' earnings in proportion to travel and other expenses.
Can I have a cleaner once a month? Yes. You may book a cleaner for once a month but we will not guarantee the same cleaner every month.
How do you vet your cleaners? Our vetting procedure includes:
Proof of identity (passport, full UK driving license) Proof of address (2 utility bills + bank statement) Immigration status (valid visa + work permit) Police Check Proof of experience and reliability (minimum 3 references from previous employers or clients) Test on common cleaning tasks
Jinder provides all candidates who have passed the vetting procedures full and extensive training provided by a supervisor. We ensure that new members of our team learn are aware and appreciate the quality standards here at Jinder at all times.
Can my cleaner come when I am out at work? Yes, of course. We hold keys for 90% of our customers and the cleaners need to sign for the keys at the office before visiting your home. Your keys are also protected by our insurance. If for any reason your key is lost by any of our cleaners we will pay the full cost to have your locks changed and keys replaced.
Do you provide transport for the cleaners? We only provide transpotation for the Value Add Division. All other cleaners use public transport and their own means of transportation.
What happens if the cleaner goes on a holiday? Do you provide a replacement? Yes. We guarantee you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home.
Who pays the cleaner you or I? You pay us and we in turn pay the cleaners.
How do I pay? You can pay by cash, credit or debit card andby cheque with the appropriate cheque guarantee card.
How do you ensure reliability and honesty? By checking all the references provided by the cleaner. If she/he cannot provide verifiable reference we do not offer them work. We also carry out Police Checks on all our employees and provide extensive training.
Are there any extra charges I have to pay - transport expenses, holiday money etc.? No extra charges. You pay only for the service requestd and oly for the hours booked. Is there a minimum term contract for using your services? There is no minimum term contract for using our services. Do I stil have to pay if I go away for a few weeks? No. We do require a weeks notice before you go away, this is to ensure we can arrange for other work for your cleaner if necessary to compensate for the hours lost. Are there any agency fees or charges on top of your rates? No. We do not charge a monthly/yearly fee, agency fee or commission. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning materials and equipment? We provide the cleaning materials and equipment for all one off services.
We area able to bring materials and equpiment when requested, but there will be an extra charge for this service. What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service provided by your cleaner? We will re-do the job no questions asked. If you are not happy, then we are not happy.
For one off cleaning jobs, if you are still dissatisfied with the service after the second cleaning, you will receive a full refund.
Many companies act as introduction agencies only. Do you operate on the same basis? No. And we don't charge an introduction fee. Your cleaner is an employee of Jinder and as such we will continue to maintain the standard of work provided by our employees. If you have any problems with the work provided or with your cleaner, you can contact us directly and we will deal directly with any issues you may have.
Do you guarantee you service? Yes. We promise that if you are not 100% satisfied with the work provided we will do the job again, no problems asked, free of charge.
In order to ensure that the cleaning standards provided by our employees are always 100% we always manage your expectations to ensure that the tasks you need completed can be achieved in the period booked for. Is there a minimum charge for your carpet cleaning service? Yes. There is a £30.00 minimum charge.
What are your working hours? You can give us a call Monday to Saturday, 9.30am - 18.00pm
Our cleaners work any day of the week including Bank Holidays.
How long have you been in business? Jinder was founded in 2002 and successfully continues to grow, attracting both private and commercial clients.

House Keeper House keeper wanted to provide house keeping services to elderly lady. Duties include cleaning, ironing and all general domestic duties as requested by customer. Experience highly desirable and applicant must be out going and must be able to speak and understand English fluently. Would suit mature applicant. £5 per hour plus bonuses. 12 houres per week.
Cleaner for Commercial Property Cleaner wanted for Letting Agent in Walthamstow. Working 2 hours per week only. £6 per hour.
Cleaner for Business Centre Cleaner wanted for Business Centre in Leytonstone. Working 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday. £5 per hour plus bonuses.
Handy Person (x2 Positions) Handy Persons required to join our Maintenance Team. Must have clean driving licence and have skills in areas including window clean, carpet & upholstery clean, gardening services and paiting / decorating skills. Not essential to have all of these skills as training will be provided but applicants must have atleast 3 of the skills listed above. £6 - £10 per hour. Min 25 hours per week
